A breakthrough technology is transforming the performance of melamine-faced panels (MFPs) without overhauling production lines. Sichuan Youyiyuan Technology's EB nano film integrates electron beam curing technology with hot-pressing processes, solving long-standing industry pain points of traditional MFPs: poor moisture resistance, low surface hardness (3-5H) and uneven gloss.
The pre-cured polymer film is hot-pressed onto melamine paper in one step, retaining original patterns while boosting surface hardness to ≥6H and reducing wear by 38.5%. Notably, it seals VOCs and formaldehyde inside substrates, enhancing environmental safety. With customizable matte to high-gloss finishes, it’s now widely used in cabinetry, commercial wall panels and medical countertops.
